The Evolve Project

Posted on 9th May 2018 by BPOS

This is an exciting opportunity to be a member of a multidisciplinary team involved in a project to develop a model for meaningful patient engagement in the design and development of Urological Cancer care across Europe. This project will focus on one aspect of delivering evidence-based care, clinical practice guidelines (CPGs). This is an excellent opportunity for career development in a research unit with an international reputation in health services research as applied to urology. As part of the AUU team you will be required under supervision to systematically review existing models of patient engagement in CPGs and quality assess existing models of patient engagement in CPGs; to liaise with key stakeholder groups and, where appropriate, attend EAU guideline panel meetings and to manage the co-design process. This may include the design of, recruitment to, management and analysis of the results of an online Delphi Survey or large survey, stakeholder interviews and focus groups.
